Are you from Canada? Well then you’re in luck. Not only are you living in the exact place where we started this amazing journey, but your shipping is FREE on standard orders over $100, excluding taxes.

  • Didn’t spend over $100? Here’s the breakdown:
  • Standard Shipping – 6-9 Business Days – Canada Post Expedited Parcel - $10.00
  • Ground – 6-9 Business Days – FedEx Ground - $10 - FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street address.
NOTE: We are closed on Alberta Statutory Holidays and the next ship day lands on the next business day. As well, please allow for an extra day or two during high volume periods like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and Sales

Order Processing Times

Please allow for 1-4 business days for your order to ship.

Your tracking number will magically appear with your shipment confirmation email. Click the tracking link in the email or, you can click here!

Splitting Orders

We are unable to ship separate parts of a single order to different addresses. So if you want to split your order, you will need to place two orders. Keep in mind, shipping will be charged on each order under $150.

Ordering from a rural address?

Please ensure you include a physical street address, highway number or other necessary information with your RR address so the courier can find you.

Returns 

Need to return? Here's what you need to do:

  • Contact customer service at 1-888-979-4626 or [email protected] Someone will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • Return must be back to our warehouse within 30 days of the original ship date. Anything beyond the 30 day mark will be denied.
  • Items must be in original, salable condition with tags attached, no marks or stains, and liners still attached.
  • Tape up your package with the invoice inside and attach the label provided to you on the outside of the package.
  • Drop off the package at the nearest Canada Post location.
  • A charge of $8 will be incurred on all returns for use of our prepaid label.
