You can exchange an item by following one of the three steps:
- For Canadian orders we are pleased to offer an exchange at no additional fee. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-979-4626 to place another order, which will process the new order quicker and then send back the returning items that didn’t work for a refund. Please contact our Customer Service department by phone 1-888-979-4626, Live Chat, or email email@example.com to request a return label to be emailed to you. Then send the package back using Canada Post, or you may use another shipping method of your preference.
- You can ship back the returning item with a note on the return form provided stating that you wish to exchange the item. Once we receive the item we will contact you to place your new order and process the payment. The returned items will be refunded back to you.
- You can also exchange the item in store at a location near you. Make sure to bring your invoice with you when exchanging the item.
For Canadian orders we do not charge shipping on your new order, but there will be an $8 dollar charge for the return shipping label when sending the returned items back to us.
US Exchanges are to be processed the same as a refund. Please see the refunds section.
