Remote areas may take longer for Priority selected shipping, please contact our Customer Service if you have any questions. We are closed on Statutory Alberta Holidays and if a holiday is to land on a Friday or Monday, the next ship day will fall on the next business day.

In-store Pickups

In-store pickups are convenient and allow you to purchase online while picking up at your preferred store. Plus, no shipping fees! Only available in Canada.

Swimco In-store Pickups

Here is how it works:

  1. During online checkout, choose shipping option ‘In-store pickup’.
  2. Select a store where you would like to pick up your order.
  3. After completing your order, you will receive two confirmations emails – one when the order is processing, and another once it’s on the way to your chosen store.
  4. A Fit Expert will call you when your package is ready for pick up!
  5. To pick up the order, please bring a valid photo ID and your invoice or order number.

We ship from Calgary, Alberta to anywhere across Canada using Canada Post and FedEx International to Continental and Non Continental U.S., excluding Puerto Rico.

Order Tracking

All of our shipments are tracked. Your tracking number is sent with your shipment confirmation e-mail. You can track your order through the link in your confirmation e-mail or by typing your tracking number into one of the links below.

Splitting Orders

Unfortunately we are unable ship separate parts of a single order to different addresses. If you would like to split your order and ship it to different addresses, you must place separate orders and you will be charged for shipping on each order if each of your orders is below $100.

Damaged Packages or Packages Missing Items

If your package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, make sure to note the damage to your courier. For more information or if you have received a damaged or incomplete order, contact Swimco Customer Service.

Ordering from a rural address

Swimco ships to Canadian P.O boxes, but if you are ordering to a rural route address please include a physical street address, highway number, and all necessary information for your order to be delivered. Also make sure to include the most accurate contact phone number when you place your order.

Duties, Customs and Taxes

Please note that you are responsible for paying import duties and fees upon delivery for orders exceeding $800. For orders under $800, duties, taxes and customs fees are included in the flat rate shipping fee. Please make sure you are familiar with the US Customs & Border Protection internet purchases guideline.
