I recently enjoyed a memorable evening, honored to be one of 20 “Leaders of Tomorrow”, as chosen by Business in Calgary Magazine. The function was held at the beautiful Metropolitan Centre with 250 people in attendance including my son Brett and Katrina (two of our three “Marketeers”), Kitty (Buyer Extraordinaire), and a surprise guest, Sharon Norris, friend and Seafolly distributor. Thank you Sharon, for taking time out of your very busy schedule to fly in for the dinner as a show of support for us.
Last month I attended the annual Enterprising Women Conference held in Miami. I was honored to have been one of the Enterprising Women of the Year Award recipients, selected by Enterprising Women Magazine, a national magazine for female business owners.
