Returns & Exchanges

Holiday Gift Exchanges

  • Holiday gift purchases can be exchanged from December 1st, 2016 through to January 14th, 2017. For in-store exchanges, visit any Swimco location until January 14th, 2017 and bring your gift receipt. Please note no exchanges will be processed in-store on Boxing Day. For online gift orders, exchanges will also be extended until January 14th, 2017, and will be accept both online and in-store when accompanied by the order invoice. For all gift exchanges, merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with liners and tags intact.

In-Store Purchases

  • For your personal protection and hygiene, swimwear items, goggles and SAXX underwear purchased in our retail stores are final sale. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on other regular-priced, non-swimwear items within 14 days of purchase, when accompanied by the receipt and original method of payment. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
  • After 14 days only a merchandise credit will be issued.
  • Gift returns will receive exchange or credit for items purchased.
  • All Sale items are final sale.

Online Purchases

  • We will happily replace, exchange, or refund any items that you are unsatisfied with within 21 days of shipping date. The product must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and hygienic protection liners still attached.  Items with makeup marks, no hygienic liners, removed tags or in otherwise unsalable condition may be not be accepted.
  • Please keep your underwear on when trying on swimsuits to ensure that the fit and style are to your liking.
  • Items purchased online may be exchanged or refunded to any of our Swimco stores or by original method of delivery.  If you need to return your item(s), please contact our Customer Service department by phone 1-888-979-4626, Live Chat, or email customerservice@swimco.com to request a return label.
  • You will be required to provide your original receipt or proof of purchase in order to receive a return or exchange.
  • Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. After the specified return period only merchandise credit will be issued.
  • Returns to a PayPal account can only be processed online.
  • All Sale items are final sale.
  • Gift returns will receive exchange or credit for items purchased.
  • When items are returned, the amount of your refund, less shipping and return will be credited to you, using the original payment method. If you ship your package using our return shipping label, a shipping charge plus applicable tax is debited.

Returning Items Purchased Online via Mail

Canadian Returns

To return by mail using our Canada Post Return Shipping Label:

  1. If you need to return your item(s), please contact our Customer Service department by phone 1-888-979-4626, Live Chat, or email customerservice@swimco.com to request a return label. Once your return label is emailed to you, please seal your order tightly in its original packaging with the original or a copy of the original invoice included. Please affix your return shipping label on the outside of the package, covering the original Canada Post label.
  2. Return with Canada Post by either:
    1. Calling Canada Post at 1-866-757-5480 to schedule a pick-up for your package.
    2. Calling Swimco Customer Service at 1-888-979-4626 to schedule a Canada Post pick-up.
    3. Dropping off your package to any Canada Post location or drop box. You can find your nearest Canada Post location by entering your postal code here:

Please note that if you are using our Return Shipping Label, $8.00 will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

U.S. Returns

If you need to return your item(s), please contact our Customer Service department by phone 1-888-979-4626, Live Chat, or email customerservice@swimco.com to request a return label. Once your return label is emailed to you, please seal your order tightly in its original packaging with the original or a copy of the original invoice included. Please affix your return shipping label on the outside of the package, be sure not to cover the original Fedex label.

Drop your Fedex package at any Fedex location or drop box.

Please note that if you are using our Return Shipping Label, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

To return by mail without using our Return Shipping Label you can drop your package off at any courier at your expense. For U.S. returns we recommend returning via United States Postal Service (USPS) and include all original shipping labels and invoices on outside of package. For other couriers, returns will be subject to additional customs fees that may be incurred.

Returning Items Purchased Online to a Swimco Store

Items purchased online may be exchanged or returned to any of our Swimco stores within 21 days of the shipping date. Simply take the item(s) along with your original invoice (included in your order) to any Swimco location and one of our Fit Experts will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase. Please note that orders can only be refunded to the original form of payment. Orders using PayPal as a method of payment cannot be refunded in-store.

Misplaced Invoices

If you have misplaced your invoice, please follow these steps to reprint:

  1. Access My Account and select My Online Orders.
  2. From My Online Orders, find the order you are looking for and click “View Order”.
  3. Select “Invoices” and then “Print Invoice” (at the bottom of the page).
You must select “Print Invoice” and not “Print Order.” Printing the order will not provide your invoice number which is necessary in order to process the return.
