LORI BACON
President & Owner
SWIMCOLori has been in the swimwear retail business for over 28 years. Swimco was founded by Lori’s mother, Corinne Forseth, in the early 1970’s when it began as a small home-based mail order business primarily catering to swim clubs and lifeguards. No longer in the swim club business, Swimco caters to warm destination travelers, offering the best in swimwear and resortwear for men and women, year round. Swimco employs over 250 people, with its Head Office in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Lori graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce. Although involved in many aspects of the business, her primary responsibility lies in overseeing the Buying process. She and her husband Dave have two sons, aged 24 and 21.
