Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently only offer shipping within Canada, Continental and Non Continental U.S.

In-store Pickups

In-store pickups are convenient and allow you to purchase online while picking up at your preferred store. Plus, no shipping fees! Only available in Canada.

Swimco In-store Pickups

Here is how it works:

  1. During online checkout, choose shipping option ‘In-store pickup’.
  2. Select a store where you would like to pick up your order.
  3. After completing your order, you will receive two confirmations emails – one when the order is processing, and another once it’s on the way to your chosen store.
  4. A Fit Expert will call you when your package is ready for pick up!
  5. To pick up the order, please bring a valid photo ID and your invoice or order number.

We are closed on Statutory Alberta Holidays and if a holiday is to land on a Friday or Monday, the next ship day will fall on the next business day.

Order Tracking and Payment

How do I track my order?

All of our shipments are tracked. Your tracking number is sent with your shipment confirmation e-mail. You can track your order through the link in your confirmation e-mail or by typing your tracking number into one of the links below.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa Debit and Swimco Gift Cards.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order has been shipped.



Returns & Exchanges

Holiday Gift Exchanges

Holiday gift purchases can be exchanged from December 1st, 2016 through to January 15th, 2017. For in-store exchanges, visit any Swimco location until January 15th, 2017 and bring your gift receipt. Please note no exchanges will be processed in-store on Boxing Day. For online gift orders, exchanges will also be extended until January 15th, 2017, and will be accept both online and in-store when accompanied by the order invoice. For all gift exchanges, merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with liners and tags intact.

What is your return policy?

I would like to exchange an item for another size. Do I need to pay shipping again?

You can exchange an item by following one of the three steps:

  1. For Canadian orders we are pleased to offer an exchange at no additional fee. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-979-4626 to place another order, which will process the new order quicker and then send back the returning items that didn’t work for a refund. Please contact our Customer Service department by phone 1-888-979-4626, Live Chat, or email customerservice@swimco.com to request a return label to be emailed to you. Then send the package back using Canada Post, or you may use another shipping method of your preference.
  2. You can ship back the returning item with a note on the return form provided stating that you wish to exchange the item. Once we receive the item we will contact you to place your new order and process the payment. The returned items will be refunded back to you.
  3. You can also exchange the item in store at a location near you. Make sure to bring your invoice with you when exchanging the item.

For Canadian orders we do not charge shipping on your new order, but there will be an $8 dollar charge for the return shipping label when sending the returned items back to us.

US Exchanges are to be processed the same as a refund. Please see the refunds section.

Easy Returns

We make it easy to return your Swimco.com purchases. You can return your online purchase at any of our 22 Swimco locations or you contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-979-4626 to request a return label to be emailed to you. Then send it back to us with Canada Post.

Can I return something I purchased online to one of your stores?

Yes! Please view our return policy and if your item meets the criteria you can return it to any one of our Swimco locations within 21 days of the shipping date. Just make sure you bring your receipt or proof of purchase and one of our Fit Experts would be happy to help you out.

Are returns free?

If you request a return label from our Customer Service department, $8.00 will be debited from your return if you live in Canada. Otherwise you can return it via any courier at your own expense. U.S. returns will be deducted the original shipping amount on their invoice.

When will I see the amount refunded on my credit card?

Your return will be processed within two weeks of the package being received at our warehouse. Once it has been processed by our team you will see it reflected on your credit card. Please note that this may take additional time based on your individual financial institution.

I purchased something on PayPal and I need to return it. How do I get refunded?

PayPal purchases will be refunded back to your PayPal account. Please note that orders can only be refunded to the original form of payment. Orders using PayPal as a method of payment cannot be refunded in-store.

What if I made my purchase with a gift card?

If you kept the gift card, your purchase will be refunded on to the same card. If you did not keep the gift card, please let our Customer Service department know, so that your purchase can be refunded onto another gift card.



Damaged/Defective Product

What do I do if I have received a damaged or defective product?

If you have received a damaged or defective item please call or e-mail our customer service department and we will happily help you return or exchange the item.

Price Adjustments

Do you offer price adjustments?

We will offer a one-time price adjustment on regular priced merchandise within 7 days of online purchase. Promotional items are not eligible for price adjustments. Price adjustments will only be made if the item is marked down and will not be made in the event of a special promotion or coupon code.

We currently offer price matching at a store to store level, but not online.



Changes and Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please call our customer service department as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you but once the order has been shipped it is not possible to change or cancel and you will need to return the item once you have received it.

Sizing

How do I know which size is suitable for me?

Swimsuits fit smaller than clothing. Typically, it is necessary to go up one size from your clothing size. Swimsuits also permanently stretch ½ a size once they’ve been worn in the water so it is important that they fit snug to begin with.

Gift Cards

Can I use my Swimco gift card online?

Yes! Just input the gift card number, located on the back of your gift card along with the 4 digit CVC code on the back, during checkout.

Can I purchase a gift card online?

Yes! You can purchase a gift card to be delivered to your recipient or you can purchase a Virtual Gift Card which will be delivered to your recipients e-mail. Please note that Virtual Gift Cards are not delivered instantaneously. They will be delivered within 2 business days of purchase.

Yes! Just bring a printed copy to any one of our Swimco locations or have the Virtual Gift Card ready on your mobile device.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

Product Care

How do I take care of my swimwear?

It is important to take care of your swimwear, because it is made out of such delicate fabric. Rinsing your suit in cold water or using regular washing detergents do not remove the chemicals of chlorine or salt water from your suit and will eventually start to break down the fabric of the suit. To help prolong the life of your suit and help the colors stay brighter, make sure to follow these helpful care instructions:

  • Always use swim suit cleaner to wash your suit after every swim in chlorine and salt water pools.
  • Always hand wash in cold water with half a cap full of the swim suit cleaner solution and let the suit sit for 5 minutes and then rinse and hang flat to dry.
  • Make sure to never put your swim suit in the washer or dryer and never in a spin dryer machine at the pool.
  • For bright colored suits, always make sure to pre wash them in the swim suit cleaner before wearing to set the colors.
